This heartwork really all began at home within myself. It was my path to go through my own fair share of suffering and pain first hand so that I could come out the other side and help others on their journey with the tools and a few beautiful scars that I have gained along the way. I am always learning, healing and growing and that process never ends but I do believe that we are all already whole within we just have to do the work to clear the way for our wholeness to rise to the surface and be more of the main orientation in our lives. I am here to support you in any way that I can to love and approve of yourself deeply and to recognize your own innate wisdom and wholeness. I am passionate about holding space for others to heal and especially women going through the rite of passage of becoming a mother.
